Lately I’ve been jelqing harder than when I first started, since the guy in the videos seemed to have been doing it pretty vĂ­olently. Now when I do them I do them with all my strength, and I notice a fairly sharp stinging in the head of my cock. But what really bothers me is that lately after training, my dick is swollen on the left side of my foreskin. I did a search in the forums, and it revealed that it is probably a thrombosed vein. But what really bugged me out today was that I noticed the head of my dick being slightly swollen around the pissing/sperm opening. I guess I shouldn’t do the excercises as hard, but I wanted feedback from this great place first. Thanks

Yes, it sounds like you are doing it way too hard. I did the same thing when I started the newbie routine. It’s actually more delicate than many of us assume at first and we go at it way too hard. Unfortunately it’s hard sometimes to convey to people, you often have to “find your own way” and experiment a little, before you get tuned in to what works for you.

Words can cause a lot of confusion. For example, if you tell me to use “light pressure”… what does that mean? Ten pounds of force? Five? One? Fifty? So things like this make it confusing and tend to “muddy the waters” up when trying to convey it to another person. :)

To a certain extent, you have to just try different pressures, stick with it for a while to see what happens, then try a different pressure… until you find what works for you. Stick with something long enough to see if it’s going to work or not (a month or so is good for me), and if it doesn’t then change one variable and try again.

Yeah Actually I dodnt do it as hard in the first 2 weeks, and still gained .25 in length and my dick feels noticably harder and heavier. But damn, the guy in those videos seemed like he was about to rip his dick out, so I figured thats what PE is all about. You only make big gains in the gym when you damn near kill yourself as well

You have to remember, the guys who look like they’re ripping it off have been doing this for years as well. Their dicks are most accustomed to this type of pressure. Everyone had to start slow and light. You’ll know what the right pressure is…just listen to your body (dick).

Follow the routines shown on this site or create your own, but always use less pressure instead of more, if you’re just starting out. The last thing you want to have is a redneck muscle-man mentality when going into this…it’s a sure-fire way to fuck up your dick.

Yeah, I noticed that in the video too. I guess what I noticed that gave me that impression was that when he jelqued and started pulling forward, his dick kinda jumped or “bounced upward” and the head (glans) seemed to expand noticeably. So I think I got the impression from that.

You need to keep in mind that he is an experienced PE’er with many months of conditioning behind him, so he can “take it”. We cannot do that when we first start out. :)

You should definitely not be experiencing any stinging or pain anywhere. Too much. If anything funny is going on, let it heal. Then back off to about one-half or one-third that intensity and see how that goes. That’s my best advice.

Another thing I would highly recommend is to keep a daily log. Remember those impressions and feelings you had that first two weeks, and “how things felt” afterward… if there is anything to record. We all tend to think that we will remember all this stuff, but in reality it doesn’t always happen. A few months from now, you might wish you could recall “what it was you were doing back then.” In the meantime, you have tried five different things, or combinations of things, and it’s all starting to get mixed up. Being able to glance back at “the silly little notes, feelings, or impressions” you got in the past can really help you make connections later on, if necessary.

You sound like someone who can be consistent, from day-to-day. That’s a big +plus+ with PE stuff. The guys who are too excited… impatient and anxious about it, seem to have more trouble. You read their posts or dialogue with them, and after a while you cannot help but wonder if their excitement or anxiety is “getting the best of them.” Maybe they expect results too soon, I don’t know.

One day they try one thing, and didn’t get a noticeable result immediately. The next day they try something different, then the third day something else, on and on they go. Like a speeding racecar, skidding out of control, they are trying to go too fast for the existing road conditions. They skid out of control, and go off into the ditch on the left side of the road. After a little maneuvering, they get back up on the road, but then quickly skid off again, swerving into the ditch on the right side of the road. The car spins around a couple of times, almost rolling over and killing the driver. They skid back up on the road again, and do it all over again.

If they have done anything that works for them, they would never know it, because they didn’t do it long enough to find out for sure… they are too busy “skidding all over the place.” :) You try to tell them to slow down or whatever, but they just don’t want to hear it. So you just sit there, watching them do all this, and kinda scratch your head and wonder.

If they would just slow down and realize that “PE time” is measured in weeks and months… not mere days, they would probably start getting things figured out. In my first month, I pulled the ruler out about once a week. I noticed a change around three weeks into it. That was exciting. After that first month or two, now I pull the ruler out and measure once a month. I know that there’s just no need, because I know now how my growth pattern works. Be consistent as best you can, and just relax with it and enjoy the ride. This just seems to work so much better than the freaked out, impatient, worried, anxious, “I gotta gain an inch in two weeks for my new girlfriend” attitude we can get.

I havent gotten any good hard wood all day. Definately have screwed up. Will this ever get better agfain?
