I warm up for 10 minutes with a warm wash cloth and for another 10 minutes after PE.

I run hot water over the cloth, then after applying it for 30, 40 seconds, warm up it up again and repeat for the next 10 minutes.

Anybody else do this?

I used to do it that way too, never got an injury then so i guess it works?

If you’re going to use a hot cloth to warm up, you may as well use 2 like this: Run the hot water over one, wring it out slightly, then apply. While that one is on, run hot water over the other cloth. Remove the first from your dick, and quickly apply the second. This method eliminates the down time for reheating the cloth.

But in my opinion an electric heating pad or an infrared lamp are the most convenient heat sources, especially since they can be continuously applied throughout the workout.

I'm a disciple of science.

I use the “scienceguy106” method. But with infra-red lamp, have trouble heating the backside of my dick, so prefer the hot cloths.

Ooh, a heating pad, I never thought of that. The whole rice sock thing scared me. Personally, I have a sink next to the toilet. So what I do is get the washcloth very hot, very slightly wring it out and then make a cod-piece like wrap around my dick and balls. I have to reheat maybe once or twice which I do by re-running under hot water.
