Am I Gripping Too Hard?
I’ve been using the noob routine as an outline, so I do jelqs for twice a day, but combined time never more than 10 minutes.
I think I maybe gripping too hard. How do you guys gauge if your grip is too intense?
When I jelq till mid-shaft I normally feel a slight strain (soreness sometimes) from my penis ballooning. Sometime I feel as thou my head and shaft is gonna blow up from the pressure. From what I mentioned does anyone feel I am doing it wrong? Should I loosen my grip?
How should it really feel?
And I’ve been PEing for almost a month now, no significant gains thou. I think I have gain a little 2 weeks into PE, but seems to have reverted back to my normal size now.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
