Am I Gripping Too Hard?

I’ve been using the noob routine as an outline, so I do jelqs for twice a day, but combined time never more than 10 minutes.

I think I maybe gripping too hard. How do you guys gauge if your grip is too intense?

When I jelq till mid-shaft I normally feel a slight strain (soreness sometimes) from my penis ballooning. Sometime I feel as thou my head and shaft is gonna blow up from the pressure. From what I mentioned does anyone feel I am doing it wrong? Should I loosen my grip?

How should it really feel?

And I’ve been PEing for almost a month now, no significant gains thou. I think I have gain a little 2 weeks into PE, but seems to have reverted back to my normal size now.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

yea Im starting to think that since Ive started up again, I am gripping too hard. I watched the video of the guy jelqing (which I have never seen before as it didnt work on my old computer for sum reason) and the guy is definitely gripping hard, you can see his hand is shaking a little bit which suggests there is quite a bit of resistance which made me think I wasnt doing it hard enough….but saying that I think Im starting to overtrain a bit. I was goin to start another thread but this one seems relavent enough- I usually do 150 jelqs in 10 mins so each stroke lasts roughly 3 seconds but it varies and every other day I do 4 30 second squeezes but I think they are the reason why I feel Im over training. I did that routine yesterday and was fine throughout the day but at night I had an erection and it really ached quite bad, it was quite painfull if I kegeled which got me really worried! Its pretty much back to normal now but I think Im goin to take today off to let it get completely back to normal. I dont think it was a result of jelqing too hard, probably the squeezes, do any of you lot ever get that same ‘ache’?

As Mr Happy has already pointed at, for a new PE’er, STRETCHING is fundamental.

There are a lot of guy, like me, that had great results doing stretching as a main exercise for lenght.

For 2 months I saw no gains wet jelqing with moderate strength.

Switched to dry jelq and gained almost a 1/2” in a month gripping as hard as I can. No fluid build-up, real gains, so, it’s all I can say. I too feel that sensation that my glans and dick is going to explode and that’s when I know I’m getting a REAL expansion. ;)

For now use a grip no greater than the one you use for jerking off.

I jerk off quite gently. But anyway I stopped gripping so hard. Don’t really feel any soreness after PEing. Kinda don’t feel that my dick has been worked out.

And after the PEing workout, there seems to be no temporary length and girth gained. Normally after PE, I would get a huge flaccid (compared to my normal flaccid and not to any one of your pythons). But now, my flaccid don’t seem to have increased any after PEing.

Having a headache. Am I doing it wrong?

My routine are as follows:

1) Wake up take a hot shower, 3-5mins into the shower I start wet Jelqing (mix of Upward and Downward) for bout 5mins.

2) After lunch go into toilet and use warm water from the tap to warm hands and then go into cubicle and warm up dick, then stretch (tugging to the point before pain kicks in, somedays mixing in A&V Stretches) for 8-10mins.

3) During shower when home after work & dinner Jelq after 3-5mins in a hot shower (mixing Up & Down) for bout 5 mins.

4) While watching TV do 60 5second kegels, then 200 fast hard kegels.

Well thats what I’ve been doing for the past 22 days.

No length, a little girth (very little).

And when I stand up straight and measure myself while having my dick pointing down, its very much visually longer. But when I let it point like 90degrees from my body (something like |- ) it seems much shorter. I’ve been trying to do more straight out stretches and also some upward stretch, but not sure if it’ll help.

Anyway that was it. Anyone got any opinions? Suggestions?

(P.S. I used to develop red spots in the first 2 weeks, now no matter how hard I grip/Jelq/Stretch I don’t get them anymore, does this mean anything?)

And to add, nowadays I don’t seem to feel that much pain when stretching or jelqing, not sure if I’m used to it already, or are my nerves mostly dead.

I used to post asking bout pain while stretching, but I am starting to feel nothing painful where I used to feel doing the same stretch of the same intensity.

Kinda worrying.

Any input or help please?

too hard. I think that for me it is better to error on the side of too soft than too hard. This is for growth benefits not just safety,

My only suggestion is whatever you decide to do differently, take 3-4 days off before starting it.

I am not sure about 2 times per day workouts, maybe it takes 24 hrs. to heal?

Make sure you are measuring the same way each time. I mean exactly the same way, in the same position, pressing in the same spot with the ruler, etc.

Take it slow and easy. If you are going to truly be successful, it will take a long time. The trip you are on is more about more about the journey rather than rushing to get to the destination.
