Hehe. kingpole, I normally jelq at 80% erections. I have been taking it a bit slower now. Thanks for your advise again. I really appreciate your involvement and also input on most of my questions in the newbie forums. You are the individual that has aided me the most in my PE journey. I would like to take the opportunity to give you my utmost gratitude.

It sounds fine to me.

There’s nothing that says you can’t break your routine up over the course of a day; the challenge with that is to make sure you doing enough of a warm-up each time, which it sounds like you are.

It means you’ve adjusted.

I would say about the stretches: relax and breathe into them, and hold them for about 30-40 seconds each. You want them to approach a threshold of pain, without actually crossing over into it.

Jelqs should be done with moderate force, firm and slow (3 seconds from base to just before the glans). Do not squeeze the life out of your dick.

The Kegel regimen sounds very good to me (I was once that disciplined; you have inspired me again). They should do a lot to help you maintain good, strong erections and encourage morning wood.

Just be patient and keep consistent.

5 to 10 minutes of warm up before Jelqing, 5+ minutes warm down at the end of workout.

Doing enough warming is a must!

A longer more consistent warm-up would be beneficial, but as long as he’s doing at least 5 minutes he won’t be doing any harm.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I advocate constant heat throughout the routine, if possible. In light of the way he’s structured his routine throughout the day what he’s doing, while not ideal, will suffice in my opinion.

As far as warming down, I don’t know that this is as critical, there seem to be differences of opinion on this.

Relax and breathe into them? Do you mean breath slowly and relax throughout the 30 second stretch?

Aye, I feel kegels are the most important exercise we should do. It should help prevent future erection problems. My main goal in PE is gaining Steel Erections, second length, and third girth.

Yes. With each inhalation and exhalation of breath you should feel the stretch ‘let go’ a little more.

Maybe you should use a small bit of lube.

I would agree that I find wet jelqs better than dry ones, but some people like the dry jelqs.

Experiment and find what works best, but in any event use moderate force.

I notice that my post workout size increase is not as “substantial” nowadays. Its like the tissue in my penis got so adjusted and healed so much that it has become too thick and won’t balloon or bloat a bit after or during workouts.

Maybe I’ve been too hard on it the first few weeks.. wonder how I can reverse this effect.
