Am I feeling the stretch Hanging?

I’d like to thank you guys for all the information on here. I’ve been a long time lurker and being doing PE on and off for 4 years. I started hanging last fall for 2 months and saw minimal gains. Mostly. Because I was uncomfortable with the BIB and Male Hanger. It took me too long wrap and I was getting slippage on both devices, plus my work schedule became so hectic I had to go back to manual stretching in the shower. I will revisit the bib when my cheap vac hanger is maxed out.

I’m back to doing hanging except this time using a vac hanger. When I used the BIB hanger, I would get cold glands and BTC was near impossible as it was painful. I made it to around 9 lbs and had to quit due to work. Now with the vac hanger I’m up to 6.7 lbs. The last 2 weeks I’ve hung 14 hours 5.5 lbs and 16 hours at 6.1 lbs. I can hang BTC with a slight pull / soreness deep in my pubic area. When I take the hanger off after an hour session I feel soreness in my pubic area and on both sides of the cavernosum. I never really felt this with the BIB hanger, I would feel some skin soreness and some soreness as the penis retracted back after the weight was removed. I currently hang 1 hour twice a day. The first is when I wake up and the second is when I return home from work.
