Hi there,

Recently, I have found an exercise that gives me a very good expansion and size afterwards. I start off with jelqs and get my penis to the point of being engorged with blood while still being soft and flexible. I pump blood into my penis by kegeling, then close off circulation with my index finger and thumb. Then I sort of jelq upwards along the shaft until I’m halfway up, causing the top half of my penis (head and upper shaft) to be engorged with blood and to expand. I hold this for 20-30 seconds.

My question is, am I doing ULIs correctly? Afterwards, I have a very good pump. My penis feels very heavy, longer, and thicker, while being soft, and my head is a lot bigger than usual. But my EQ is down for a few days afterwards. I have been having no morning/night wood over the past few days, but then again, I’ve also shifted my sleep schedule so that could be the reason.

Could it be that I’m doing too many ULIs and overworking, or is my technique just plain wrong? For reference, I heat up and do kegel+dry jelq to get my erection level up, before doing ULIs.

If you’re EQ is down for a few days afterwards you are definitely overworking.

Take a few days off until your EQ returns to normal. My advice is don’t even attempt Ulis until you are conditioned and familiar with how your penis reacts to PE.

I’ve been dabbling very on and off since December 2016 but I started to get into a routine in around May this year. I’ve been doing the manual stretch + jelq routine but realized recently that these ULIs or Jelq squeezes or whatever they’re called give me far better expansion.

I’m uncircumcised so I dry jelq with one hand and kegel when resetting my hand position to the base. So I think my method of jelqing is very similar to ULIs. I just find I get really good expansion if I hold these jelqs out for longer.

I do the holds for 5-10 seconds each.

2 weeks ago I did 120 and had a lot of fluid buildup in the foreskin. No morning wood/libido for a few days after.
A few days after that, I did 80 and still had fluid buildup. No morning wood/libido for a few days after
Yesterday I did 40 and woke up with a semi morning wood.

But the post exercise pump is always very good, especially around the head. Maybe I should stick to doing around 40 ULIs 1 day on 1 day off and see how it goes.

Oh my, that is a lot. Honestly until now I never read about somebody doing 120 or 80 or even 40 Uli’s per training unit.

I think you are really doing a lot. I’d recommend to make a longer decon break with daily warm-up, Firegoat rolls and warm-down (what I call an “actuve decon”) - maybe week, better 2 weeks.

Then I’d start into the very same routine, but limiting the Uli’s to 5 (yes, five!) per training unit. Do it on a strict 1on/2off frequencyy and add another 5 Ulis every two weeks at maximum.

Watch your PI’s closely and try to reach 20 or 25 Uli’s as maximum. I really think that should be sufficient.

Okay Richard, I will take your advice and do something like this on a 1 day on 1 day off schedule:

5 min warmup
10 min manual stretches
40 slow jelqs, with 1 ULI every 10 jelqs (I usually switch hands every 10 jelqs)
5 min warm down

Back when I learned the ULI#3 I started with 3 and worked up to 21 at my greatest amount per set. Conditioned as I am, I do 3-10 when I do them these days.
