Am I doing too much PE

I’ve been doing PE for the past 8 weeks and just changed my routine. I was wondering if my routine(s) is too much?

I want to get some length gains mainly, however, I want some girth gains as well because my girth is pretty low at 4’1/4 - 4’3/8in

Morning:
10 mins hot wrap
10-15 mins rotations and/or stretching in directions.
20 mins v-stretching
10 mins warmdown/shower

Evening:
10 mins hot wrap
20-30 mins jelq @ 80-85%
10 mins jelq + kegels
10 mins warmdown/shower

Am I too early into consistent PE do do this? I am pretty hard with my stretches and jelqs as well. I haven’t felt like I am damaging anything yet.


FL: 4 1/8 in FG: 4 in GROW GROW GROW!!

BPEL: 6 in EG: 4 3/8 in

Goal: 7 1/2 in x 5 1/2 in
