Am I doing the right thing
Hello.
This is my first post, and let me say how appreciative I am to be able to join this forum. I waited about 3 months, and thought the Registry would never open. So I am grateful.
Having said that, I’ve been doing PE since august 20Th. I started with the newbie routine 2days on/1 off this proved too intense, so I backed to 1 day on/1 off and this was the same, so then I changed to 2 - 3days per week which is easier on my penis.
I just want my routine overlooked by a experienced PEer to let me know I’m doing OK.
5-10min heat pack warm up
Stretching Ligament (down) and tunica (up) stretching 30second holds 6 times each stretch (working up to 10, I add 1 more stretch each week)
Jelqing 5 - 7second 200times (I worked up to this from originally 20 adding more each time)
5 - 10min heat pack warm down
Now I have some question which I hope aren’t stupid and going to cause annoyance as I found it hard finding a decent answer with the search button..
With the stretching do I alternate the direction, or do I do 6 down stretches and then 6 up, or go down, up, down up and so forth till 6 are completed each direction?
Also, does one reset there grip after each stretch? Or is this pure personal choice (I’m still a noob and wouldn’t know what is best)
I read the correct way to jelq and found I had symptoms much like that of other jelqers who found loss of erection capability, mainly due to jelqing too hard. I have learned from this and going to do it softer. I cannot do the second grip behind the head as I find it hard alternating each hand this way. Is it ok to jelq before the head, but not have a grip there as I slide my hand to it?
I find I have alot of skin on the base of my penis around the ball sack area, as I grip the base for another jelq, I start the jelq and find I pull the skin down my penis, is this ok? I can stop this happening with my second hand, I simply hold the skin back in the base and find my jelqing hand slides down the shaft well without pulling down the skin.. I just need this cleared up.
The last 2 or 3 weeks I’ve been rather lazy as I’m finding it hard to get a decent grip for stretching, and I haven’t had any gains since I started. I am going to change the way I jelq (softer now) and see where this takes me. Since ill be jelqing softer, perhaps I can increase training days?
My last question is, do I continue adding in more stretches and jelqs each week, as far as I’m comfortable with
I’m still 5 1/4 inches I don’t press the ruler against my pelvic bone, I just measure on top from where my penis starts coming out. My erection also curves to the left quite a bit.
My goal is anywhere from 6 - 6 1/2” I would be in ecstasy within those measurements. Any girth gains I’d be happy with. Main priority is length, followed very closely by girth.
