Am I Doing the Newbie Routine Right
Well guys, I have been familiar with PE for years but was too lazy to start until 4 weeks ago. When I first started, I was getting more erections, harder erections and all. Now that I am 4 weeks into t he Newbie routine, I have noticed I have a drop in libido , My erections are easily the same as when I started if not just a bit better, and I’m not having more erections ( could be due to masturbating everyday.. I just quit masturbating for good today.. I have been edging for the past few days. I haven’t used porn the past few days but I feel that I am still masturbating and just not ejaculating.) I also notice that sometimes the head of my penis is cold. Also, my flaccid penis is still the same size.
I have noticed that I am sill the same size as I was to begin with.
NBPEL = about 7.4 in
BPEL = 8.4 in
EG (MID) = 5.18-5.25
EG (base) = Around 5.5
My Goal is a NBPEL of 8 to 8.5 in and an Erect girth of 6 inches.
Heres what I have been doing..
Week 1: 10 min Jelqs, 5 min stretching
Week 2: 14 min Jelqs, 6 min stretching + Few kegels
Week 3: 18 min Jelqs, 7 min stretching + More Kegels
Week 4: 22 min Jelqs, 8 min stretching + Kegels all throughout the day
Plan to add 4 min every week to jelqs and 1 min to stretching, until 7 weeks are up. Then wake a week off and move to clamping and hanging.
Is everything look right? Or Whats going on? Am I doing too much or is this normal?
