Now it says here (Wet Jelq Video) that the penis should hang much fuller after jelqing, and that it should last for some hours, the problem is, after jelqing, my penis do in fact hang and look much fuller, but after the hot wrap for cool down my penis shrinks back to it’s normal size. I’m currently doing the newbie routine. Is this normal?

I do not get that much fuller hang after my sessions either, some even turtle back after a workout.

Are you gaining? If so do not worry about it.

Do not worry about it is my opinion, but watch all PI indicators and keep track of your EQ and you should be fine.

It may be tthe hot wrap is too hot. Gentle warmth may be all that is required.

Alternatively, try warm water. put some pleasantly warm water in a jug or jam jar, (I use the pump cylinder) and move the water about so it flows around, as your penins will take up heat due to the blood flowing in it.
This way your penis gets uniformly warmed (pull back the foreskin if you’ve not been circumcised)

I find that far better than a warm wrap.

But don’t have the water HOT Too much heat is bad.

I get a massive flaccid hang post jelq. I post warm and it returns to normal proportion relatively quickly after the tissue is relaxed. This is nothing to worry about. I do the same thing post jelq that you are describing and have gained over an inch in girth to date, so I would not worry if I were you. If you are getting a heavy hang post session then you’re doing some good bro. Just be careful and don’t over work your unit. Is your EQ (erection quality) improved? If you begin to see your EQ diminish then it may be time to take a break or cut back a bit on your sessions.

I also say it’s nothing to worry about, my post PE hang doesn’t last for too long either after a workout but I’d say I’ve had good enough results. Don’t worry about it too much. And keep a look out for positive and negative indicators to help your growth.

Maybe you guys are right because my erections are stronger than ever before. As far as measuring goes, I haven’t measured since I started PE.

I hang fuller after a workout, but will return to normal size once it has cooled down. If you are getting good EQ and gains you are right in the sweet spot for PE.

I’m glad to hear these kinds of details. I also don’t hang fuller for more than 5 minutes after jelqing, but I’ve seen gains.
