OK first off, this is my first post on this forum so high to everyone

This is the only forum I have looked at regarding PE and only started 2 1/2 months ago. I spent 4 weeks doing the newbie routine and although the stretching was fine never got on with jelqing and been as I’m initially looking for length gains I decided to stop jelqing for the time being and started to hang with low weights.

I started of with a home made clamp type device which was OK but lead to red spots on the tip of my penis and also at the end of a session the head was a deep purple colour and cold. Also I read you should feel a slight soreness in the ligs the next day, I have increased the weight to 8lbs and still never felt any soreness except for when I am hanging but that’s just discomfort from the device.

The other day I got a vacuum hanger after reading all the raves about them but just can’t get on with it, firstly just keeping it on is a problem even at 8lbs it starts to slip off I have tried wraps but it just pulls them off at the same time, also I get a lot of fluid build up in the skin and head from the vac device.

And on top of all this in the 2 1/2 months I have received zero gains in my erect penis some flaccid gains are visible but that’s it.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Personally, I would follow the newbie routine and forget the hanging and clamping for awhile. You are asking for an injury which will set you back in your quest; not wise.

PE is not a sprint, it is a marathon. If you want over night quick gains, you be in the wrong place. Actually, nowhere is going to give you those. You also don’t state what type of consistency you have had with the program, that is important as well.

As the Sunshinekid had said, you are over training yourself. I don’t think that you are ready to get into hanging quite yet. You are still in the newbie stage. Maintain your stretching and Jelqing for a little longer to get yourself conditioned for the next routine.

As for the newb, KP says stick w/t newbie routine, for a couple of months before you start hanging, a couple of growers like me and Dustpan can’t be wrong!

Okay thanks for the advice, I shall drop back to the newbie routine for the next couple of months and see what happens.

But my consistency in training is prity good I do 3 days on 1 day off (with the hanging I was doing 2 sets of 20mins)

I also think you are right about wanting to much to soon, but I guess that’s a trap most newbies fall into, if nothing else at least I have my vacuum hanger for later on.

Make sure that you check your PI’s every once in a while to make sure that you don’t over train.
