Am I doing something wrong
OK first off, this is my first post on this forum so high to everyone
This is the only forum I have looked at regarding PE and only started 2 1/2 months ago. I spent 4 weeks doing the newbie routine and although the stretching was fine never got on with jelqing and been as I’m initially looking for length gains I decided to stop jelqing for the time being and started to hang with low weights.
I started of with a home made clamp type device which was OK but lead to red spots on the tip of my penis and also at the end of a session the head was a deep purple colour and cold. Also I read you should feel a slight soreness in the ligs the next day, I have increased the weight to 8lbs and still never felt any soreness except for when I am hanging but that’s just discomfort from the device.
The other day I got a vacuum hanger after reading all the raves about them but just can’t get on with it, firstly just keeping it on is a problem even at 8lbs it starts to slip off I have tried wraps but it just pulls them off at the same time, also I get a lot of fluid build up in the skin and head from the vac device.
And on top of all this in the 2 1/2 months I have received zero gains in my erect penis some flaccid gains are visible but that’s it.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
