Am I doing right

Okay guys. I just started doing PE a week ago and I’m not kinda sure if I’m doing it the right way.

Here is my program:

4 minutes hot compress warm-up

(10 minutes of stretching)
1 minute upward
1 minute downward
1 minute left
1 minute right
1 minute rotation
30 seconds v stretch
30 seconds a stretch
Then repeat until 10mins

2minutes warm compress again

200 dry jelq

4 minutes warm up
(Sometimes I do 3minute stretch after jelq, 40 seconds each)

2 or 3 rest days

Also, does jelqing 50% erect good or bad? (No I am not doing it)
Is my program right? Inputs will be gladly appreciated :)

Sounds good, just some minor details should be changed.
First, it is a bit too early for ‘A’ and ‘V’ stretches, wait untill you have at least 3 months under your belt.

Second, 200 dry jelqs are too many. Dry jelqs are hard on your unit, I think you should start with something about 25 reps, focusing on the right technique, and add maybe 5 strokes each week.

3d, 2 or 3 rest days are too many - stay on 2 on/1 off for first month.

Have you looked at our Penis Enlargement Videos ? That helps a lot of guys that are unsure if they doing it right.

25 reps of jelqs a day? Isn’t that few?

Can’t stress this enough. Before you start any PE regiment, whether manual or mechanical, see an urologist first to make sure your penis is in a healthy condition. Get over the embarrassment. You need to be in good shape to avoid doing damage. If you are, then start a routine and take it slow. Don’t overdo, you can with all good intentions still do possible permanent damage. You only get one penis per customer, no refunds, no exchanges so take careful and thoughtful measures to protect the one you have. Vanity is usually not a very good reason if you are average or better already.

Dry jelqs are very hard on your penis and a bit harder to masterize also, as for technique. You’ll have time to add more strokes after some weeks, for now my advice is to do them slowly and developing the right technique.

Overwork is worse than underwork.

Another question guys. What if I stopped PEing for 3days because I am always drunk. Then continue it again, will it affect my gains? Or will it slow my gains?
