Am I doing my kegels wrong

When I’m doing kegels, it feels like I’m flexing anus muscle rather than the “urine muscle”.. I also feel pain in my lower back (vertebrae coccygeae or tail vertebrae or whatever you call it) after a few sets.. I’m I doing it wrong?

It is same with me but I read somewhere it is normally like that. I am traying to kegel without to movement of anus but it is not being easy and possible.

Sounds like you are doing it correctly. That “anus muscle” will feel like it is being worked. Try getting hard and doing the same exercise, your dick should move. Or try your kegel while taking a piss, you should feel the same “anus muscle” as you call it, while stopping the stream of piss.

This is the method that most people do. Some people say it is important to separate and be able to isolate the anus muscle and the pubic muscle when kegeling(I forgot the terms for these two, somebody made a thread about this not too long ago). The latter method is more beneficial, but it’s very hard to do it. I say don’t worry about it and do both at the same time.
