How would I know if I’m doing everything right I to what I see in videos but I feel like I’m not doing correctly

The best bet for you would be to tell us what exercises you are doing and how your body responds to them (i.e. I jelq by gripping like _______ and then _______. When I am done, my penis appears _________ ).

Well when doing a jelq I squeeze an ok grip and move up the shaft which causes my dick to get thicker and fuller the release and do it again for ten minutes I don’t know if I should alternate the stretches but I just pull straight out for the whole 5minutes. When I’m done jelqing my dick is just hanging more fuller but after a I wrap it goes back to a non-full state. The stretches just make me more softer. Sometimes after jelqing my head gets a little weird like some areas are high then another. Is that any help?

Sounds like you are doing something… and probably something right too. The jelqing sounds good in terms of technique. The stretching sounds different from how I’d do them, but hanging fuller after the stretch is a good sign. If it is hanging fuller for longer and longer periods of time after you have been on your routine for a while then that is an extremely good sign. (Once it hangs at the fuller length until your next PE session, is it technically a permenant gain??? I’d say yes.)

The stretches making you feel softer. Is that a good soft… like an almost post (sexually induced) erection or is it soft like a limp noodle that is afraid of any more torture? Well guess which one is the better feeling of soft? If it the limp noodle type, then ramp it back.

As for the head feeling weird. I guess that you mean it does not feel quite right, especially if it is unevenly felt. Jelqing is a risky business. Now you should feel something in your head. If the feeling soon leaves, then you may have just hit the right level of jelqing for you at this point in your PE career. If this weird feeling persists for hours then maybe you are overdoing your jelqing and you shold reduce it.

How are your other PI’s? Erection levels, growth rate, etc? If they are all ok, then you can build up a clearer picture.

Asking on the forum after doing some of the exercises is in my opinion doing it right. Carry on the good work!

Well I been doing the newbie routine for about 2 weeks haven’t seen much results maybe1/4 of an inch. And when I say soft I mean like it is more elastic and easier to stretch I jelq with a 60-80% erect level and I want to add more pi to my routine just don’t really know what to add? I mostly do it in a hot shower. The uneven left on my head is like little lumps and it’s mostly towards the tip if the head once I finish my jelqing. Then later on it goes away. Should I measure up everyday or level it to once a week? Is there a way to get my balls bigger?

Why do you have such feeling loyal09, you already gained 1/4” in two weeks. I think this is a good sign that tells you are doing fine.

About PI: It’s not a thing that you choose to add it or not, It’s the results of good or bad PE. I think you should read more about PI.

The little lump on your penis head is normal if it goes after you finish jelqing, because jelq produces a high pressure on the penis head.

And sorry man, but there is no way to get your balls bigger.

You shouldn’t measure everyday nor once a week, wait for a longer period of time between measurements. This allow some noticeable gain to to appear on the ruler, so you don’t get frustrated.

1/4 an inch for 2 weeks is amazing. That means in 2 months you would have grown a full inch (assuming growth continues). And yea, as pegain stated you should lengthen the period in between measurements. I’ve only been PE’ing for less than 2 weeks but have made a committment to myself to not bust out the ruler for a month.(mostly to save myself from the frustrtation I would experience from measuring every week)

Two weeks is nothing. Make sure you know your “before” size. Then in say 3-6 months (yes that long), measure up and see how you are then. It takes a long time, and being consistent is what usually is the deciding factor in gaining or not. I usually measure once a month or so.

More elastic is what you are looking for. You want your dick to feel like it is an old, worn out rubber band. That will eventually lead to a larger flaccid gain, and potentially a longer penis. Jelqing at 60% is good. You don’t want to jelq with a hard-on. More like a “semihard-on”. You will get a bit thicker after the jelq session, then it should subside back to your normal size after some time.

Sounds to me like it is a “lymph fluid” buildup if this bump is basically directly below your glans. I used to get it, but ever since my shaft skin stretched out, I haven’t gotten it back since.

This has been talked about on here a lot (and it’s okay to ask). Some people say “Measure up after at least a month to a few months”, and others say “Measure frequently so you can track gains.” It’s up to you really. If you measure frequently, then you may be disappointed since gaining in PE takes a long time.

In most cases no there is not. However, if you were circumcised and they cut your skin really tight, you might be able to “stretch” your scrotum (do a search for ‘ball stretching’) and it will ultimately make your balls hang lower. Now SOME people (very few) have claimed that once their balls hung a little lower, they got a bit bigger since they weren’t so close to their natural body heat. It’s never been confirmed (i.e. no one has ever measured before and after pics to my knowledge) though.
