This is going to sound strange but around when I was 18. (2 and a half years ago) I noticed the left side of my scrotum was starting to come up higher on my dick.. And about a year ago the right side started to do the same. I think this is due to excessive masturbating but I’m not 100% sure because I’m not an expert, I just know I was doing it roughly 5 times a day this happened. When I look at my the backside of my dick in the mirror it definitely appears smaller in length because of my scrotum appearing to be coming up higher. I started jelqing about a week ago and I noticed I’m having a hard time not grabbing my scrotum because the skin literally comes up onto my penis which makes it difficult for me to begin my jelq from the shaft. Is this something I should be concerned about? Opinions, experience and advice all very much appreciated.

I’m not a urologist but what you’re describing sounds like a very serious case of migration of your scrotal webbing. Usually we call it turkey neck and often it’s not serious enough to merit much notice.

What you describe, especially since it was happening prior to PE, may require surgery to correct if I’m picturing it correctly. I would see a urologist because I’m unsure that amount of permanent scrotum movement is healthy for your testicles.

I am no doctor but I would be concerned and put off PE for the time being at least.

Thank you for your feedback. I will try and get in with a eurologist here soon. I had one specialist look at it and he said he thought it was normal, maybe because I don’t have an extreme enough of a case for it to be noticeable, will put off PE for now though.

Definitely see a doctor to get some closure. Masturbation could be exacerbating it, but I will tell you I masturbated constantly at your age and quite frankly never stopped. You are young so part of this could just be how you are developing. A doctor could ultimately say that what you are seeing is really just cosmetic, but regardless there might be procedures that can correct it it if you are that uncomfortable.

As others have said, let a doctor help you understand what you are currently experiencing.

Thank you for the feedback. Retractile testicle symptoms/causes don’t seem to match up but it could be a possibility. And it’s not that I’m uncomfortable with how it looks or feels, it’s just when I jelq, I can’t start at the shaft because the webbing from my scrotum has started to come up onto my unit. Maybe close to an inch give or take, and it definitely wasn’t like that when I was 16-17. Going to hold off on PE for now *sigh*

I’ve looked into scrotul surgery some and I’m seeing some complications that might not be all that worth it.. And I’m not sure that I have it bad enough that I want to take the risk of surgery. Will a slight turkey neck (1inch roughly) be problem going foward with PE? I still plan on seeing a urologist but I’m not sure I want to do surgery.

From what I can tell, the best way to go about my situation would be to find a method that would make sure I don’t gain anymore Turkey Neck while still going forward with PE. Otherwise, surgery it is.. I’m reading around and seeing different methods for keeping the turkey neck from getting worse while PE’ing but haven’t really seen a stand out technique. If anyone knows a thread where someone has addressed gaining size and keeping turkey neck the same successfully, or just ways to keep it from getting worse while doing things like Jelqs and Stretches that would be the most helpful thing in my case I would imagine.

I have an issue with scrotal webbing or turkey neck. I find that it’s getting better since I’ve been wearing a cock ring during my jelqing routine. I grip at the base of my penis, holding the cockring back against my sack and jelq with the other hand. This helps keep the extra skin from coming forward and seems to have diminished the effect of my turkey neck.

The cock ring I use is not really even a cock ring though, it’s called a ballcock repair kit and can be found at probably any hardware store. You can see the example here: The Best Cock Ring I’ve Ever Tried. It’s soft and doesn’t feel like you’re wearing anything at all. The sides make it easy to grip at the base of your penis, yet still make it easy to hold against your sack and pubic area while jelqing, keeping the excess skin back.

Though I don’t think I’ll ever totally get rid of the turkey neck, it has diminished it a lot.
