Alternatives to wrapping

What are some decent alternatives to wrapping? I believe I saw somewhere about dipping the penis into a cup of hot water?

Please explain what you are doing, your question doesn’t give us a clue to what you want to know.

I run the hot tap, wrap a flannel (face washing towel) around penis, wet the leftover bit of the flannel and soak it over my penis, this way you have good control over the heat.

I was just looking into different ways to get the same effect as wrapping. I’m looking into starting my first routine and am trying to make sure everything goes smoothly
