Does anyone here alternate let’s say girth weeks with length weeks or try to incorporate both aspects in one routine? The reason I’m asking is because I’d like to be gaining both simultaneously, but don’t now if “separate” gaining would be more efficient.

I mean “a week of length-aimed routine” and “a week if girth-aimed routine”

I do. It really helped me break a plateau. I am a less is more kind of guy.
