I read about the physical impact on the penile tissue by cable clamping in comparison with wetjelqing. The “damage” is much bigger than jelqing I’ve read.

I follow the 5 day on, 2 day off schedule. I’ve bought a cable clamp today and I thought it is reasonable to do the cableclamps ONLY Friday‚Äôs so the penis has 3 days to recover. Would this be wise? Is it smarter to do the clamps on Thursday as well?


It all depends on the intensity and time you use. If you correctly stay within your limits, I don’t see any reason why you couldn’t clamp on each of your 5 workout days.

The point is not to injure yourself, it is to stimulate expansion and growth.
