Agreed ugur and thanks for your reply, but let’s assume I want to do 10 minutes of jelqing or 10 minutes of stretches (depending on the month I’m in and am hitting the right intensity for my unit), I’ve got a secondary curiosity about something bennett8 reported in one of his posts. He said jelqing had been increasing his girth while stretching was increasing his length and since he wanted the length and not girth, he quit jelqing (but kept stretching and got great length results). So this is another part of why I’m asking if any have had success alternating the two exercises. If indeed the two different exercises serve two different purposes, I’m speculating that if it’s easier on my unit to provoke length one month and girth the next, then I may stress my unit less (having had no success in the past with diligent PE for 9 months) and in the process, also fit PE into the time that I have (lack of time being the main reason I quit my PE before).
