Does anybody know if a routine where you stretch every other day and then jelq the days in-between would be beneficial?

And generally when you do PE, what grows faster? I’ve noticed gains in girth, but barely anything in length!


Start: BPEL 5.45 x EG 4.1

Current: BPEL 5.45 x EG 4.1

Goal: BPEL 6.5 x EG 5.0 (Not trying to get too greedy.yet)

You could do that, but stretching and jelqing are synergistic - they work well together - so it’s better to do them together.

Most guys gain length more easily, but it depends on the relative strenghts of your tunica albuginea layers.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
