Alternating days for different exercises
I have searched the forums a bit but I can’t seem to find anything about this. Pardon me if I’m missing something.
Has anyone tried to dedicate separate days for each exercise? For example, do length work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and girth work on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (or switch that around depending on your objectives).
My rationale for this idea is that one exercise might interfere with the other, so by spreading them out you’d be able to maximize gains. Your body would never have to recover from both stretching and jelqing: it’d have one day to recover from stretching, one day from jelqing, and so on. This might be a silly idea, I apologize if it doesn’t make any sense.
