Good evening gentlemen.

At 7 NBPEL and 6 EG, I absolutely love my penis. I think this is a big step in PE in general, and advise everyone to spend sometime with your manhood.

Take it out to dinner, ask it personal questions, introduce it to your parents.

I have some questions about increasing EQ, as I’d like to be at an 11 on the 1-10 scale.

I have never really started the beginner’s routine because I wasn’t absolutely sure if I wanted to be bigger, but now I’m figuring it wouldn’t hurt.

My questions are:

1. Does the routine increase EQ more than just Kegeling would?

2. If not, is there a Kegel routine that I could live by and see results in my EQ?

3. Has anyone personally seen a difference between erect kegels and flaccid kegels? (Or is it all the same thing really?)

I’d say you should try kegeling while stretching upwards.
That is after you’ve conditioned your unit a few months.

Plus, jelqs seem to be the best (in general) for increasing penis health and EQ.

Thanks for your input Gapseal. The more I hear about Jelqing, the more I’m leaning to just starting the routine.

If your size is perfect for you, than you can avoid stretching and do only jelqs and Kegel’s.

Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

For me the rest kegels are erect kegels with resistance. I get 100% erect and press my cock to my lower abs with my hand. Then, still pressing it there with my hand, I kegel as hard as I can for 15 seconds(I’m talking balls-out effort, but DON’T hold your breath).

Ever since I’ve been doing this, my erections are so hard they hurt… seriously :|. I still need to improve my CS inflation however.

You mean they aren’t really useful? Jelqs are probably the best PE technique I think, but some had gains with just streches.

I’d say if you want an 11 out of 10 EQ you are going to need some supplements like L-Arginine, Ginkgo, Ginseng, etc.

I just started PE last month and have only been doing stretches for about 5 minutes a day in the shower and have gained a quarter inch, not sure if that’s just a bigger erection or not but I’m going to continue and see what happens at the end of next month to be sure.

Stretches are part of your routine. What do you expect to get out of them? From what I’ve learned, along with jelqing, it is a foundation for PE growth. I don’t see many routines, including advanced ones, that do not incorporate stretching.
