Guys what do you think it’s better, divide your routines along the day and do not heat yourselves (from what I’ve read, this can minimize the chances of you getting hurted, but can lost effectiveness too) or do your routine everthing just in time?

I always use heat. I feel I get a much better stretch and my flaccid hang looks really good when I’m done. There are tons of threads on the benefits of heat. Do a search to see what you can find. I couldn’t imagine PEing without heat.
