Almost two months of newbie routine

Hello everyone,
I have been doing the newbie routine: 15 minutes of stretching 30 sec up, down, straight, left, right. 200 wet jelqs with baby oil. (Sometimes 2 on 1 off sometimes 3 on 1 off) for almost two months now (10 more days for 2 month mark), I have not seen any gains in the length or girth department (I couldn’t resist the temptation to measure).
I had to measure, because my penis just felt bigger. My penis is showing alot more veins, it feels alot thicker everytime I masturbate, and I get rock hard very easy, (penis become very red and full of blood, much much harder than before PE) especially in the mornings and anytime I glance at porn. So what I’m saying is, though there are no numerical gains, it feels as though my penis has become stronger.

Before I started PE I used to masturbate (ejaculate) around 2-3 times a day, for a period of around a month I reduced that to 2-3 times a week. That went fine since I was edging for around 30 minutes a day without ejaculating. But about 2 weeks ago I started to have premature ejaculations everytime I edged, I suspected this was because all the sexual tension built up in my penis, so I have increased my ejaculation rate to around 6-7 times a week.

From what you’ve read so far, do you guys think that my penis “feeling” bigger and the signs that point to it, might be a precursor to actual length and girth gains?
I’m actually just trying to gain length.

The short answer is yes. For the first few months you’ll be conditioning your penis to handle more intense exercises. Some people gain using the newbie routine, some don’t. But fear not, gains will come. By the way, glad to see another Southern Californian here. I live not too far from you. Welcome to Thunder’s and good luck with your journey. It’ll definitely be worth all the work.

If your unit is feeling heavier then you are definitely getting bigger. Just keep at it and you will see the results soon :) Good Luck :)

The ruler doesn’t lie (unless you dig it further in, measure at the side or any number of other tricks). If you haven’t gained in the first 2 months: this is bad (!) because you don’t actually want to make your penis stronger, what you want is a penis that is easy to effect change on and it sounds like you are doing just too little to have an effect other than strengthening the tissue.

How do you feel after you’ve stretched? How do you feel after you’ve jelqed? If you are just a little plumper/longer but your penis feels like it hasn’t been worked out, you’ve got a problem. 15 minutes of stretching is all very well - but is it 15 minutes - or do you kind of stretch for a bit and then mark time.

How old are you btw?

Maybe you’ve used a bit too much or too little intensity. I’m with Memento, what happens just after a training session, does your unit retract a little, does it hang lower than usual or does it look like it always do? Sounds like it hangs lower, which is definitely not a bad sign. Perhaps you could try fowfers after you sessions as well? They are very easy to do.

Also, maybe it’s your erection quality that is messing with the measurements. Sometimes the erection quality is not 100%, although I may look & feel like it, while you are in a training period and/or when you ejaculate/masturbate too much. Some people measure gains first after a break from PE (I’m not saying you should take one though, just a thought). :)

I’m 21 years old, and after doing PE my penis doesn’t feel too much different. It does hang a little lower after jelqing (I stretch then jelq). However after I stretch I don’t really feel anything different with my penis.
Perhaps I’m just not doing it hard enough, I’ve been worrying that if I push or rather pull too hard then I might induce injuries to my penis.
Should I be feeling on my penis what I feel on my biceps after working out?

And when I measured I know I was in the exact same state and pushing down on my skin the same way I did almost two months ago.

Memento, should I maybe try stretching a little harder? Currently I am jelqing at about 60% erection level, for I read on here that jelqing below 70% brings more length gains than girth gains.

When you stretch, stretch the penis so you feel pressure. Not too much pressure though. Enough pressure so as to not cause pain.

So when stretching, really try to feel it. But obviously not the extent of causing injury but I would want to make sure that it is being stretched quite well?

At the two month mark, I only gained 3/16th of an inch, so I changed things around started using an extender. This past month, I gained 1/4”. It’ll happen, in time, my friend.

Be patient and find what works for you.

If it is taking less than ten minutes to do 200 jelks perhaps you are jelking to fast, take it slow 3-5 seconds or even longer.

Basically, stretch as hard as you can without pain. Use baby powder if your hands are slipping.

Yeah I’m doing about 200 jelqs in roughly 20 minutes. I’m actually not doing 200 jelqs straight through because I can’t maintain that 60% erection, I have to get an 100% erection and wait till it subsides, that takes some time. I leave porn on my computer.

I’ve begun to stretch harder, or harder than I used to do. I think I’ve been TOO cautious in not getting injured. (Baby powder is probably a good idea)

OK since my last post I have changed my routine somewhat. I’ve intensified my jelqs (before I was doing it at around 60%-40% which I read isn’t worth the time) to around 80% and only doing 10 jelqs of 3-4 seconds each, then going back up to 100% erection waiting until 80% and then repeating. What I was doing before was starting from 60% and doing up to 25 jelqs straight which by the time I got to 15 jelqs was a 40% erection, and I was basically stretching.

After I’ve changed my jelq routine I’ve noticed I am much fuller afterwards, which I did not find before. And I’ve begun to stretch so that I actually feel the stretch instead of just holding it for 30seconds each. I was perhaps TOO cautious. I’m going to measure at the 4 month mark, but I feel that I’ve wasted the first two months or so by doing it too weak. But then again maybe it was a good conditioning period.
