I’ve been PEing for nearly two months and have seen some pretty awesome gains despite going through a phase of 16 days or so with no PE. Since starting back up again I have gained back what I lost during my break I think, and possibly more, but I’m not going to measure until I get another rock solid erection, which isn’t the easiest now that I’m detoxing from porn.

I normally jelq for as long as possible in the morning or afternoon until my erection subsides(normally 60-100), and then I do 100+ at night if I can. Is it still as effective as doing 200 in one session? The reason I split it up is because I have trouble keeping an erection that long without porn these days, hopefully that changes the longer I detox.

I’d just jumble them together into one session to give your body a longer period of time to recover/grow before the next session.

And the detox needs to be more than just abstaining from porn. Lower the amount of times you masturbate and cut out fantasizing.

Nope, I haven’t gained hardly anything but a bit of girth in a month.

Yeah I have seriously cut down the amount of masturbating I do.

Gaining is relative… Is your EQ improving? Does your penis look healthier? Are you noticing more nocturnal erections? Gaining in these other areas are signs that you’re heading in the right direction.

I don’t now if I’ve gained length or girth yet, but I’m noticing all of the physiological indicators listed above. I was consistent for about 6 to 8 weeks, but I think I was over training (EQ was inconsistent from week to week), so I decided to take a 2 weeks break, then start back up on a lighter and schedule and I can say that it was a great choice. In only my second week of my new routine, my erections are the best I can ever remember them being (in my life. Not that they were bad anyway) and the ‘little general’ is looking healthier as well and dare I say, slightly larger? It’s hard to tell. I won’t know for a few more weeks… but just be patient, concentrate on form & pay attention to the positive physiological indicators such as, increased length in flaccid hang, improved EQ, & more frequent nocturnal erections. I’m sure there are a few more and if you search the site, you can find them.

Congrats man! I am glad you are seeing your dick in a better light! Measurements are only a part of the gain. I feel a lot more weight in my hands whether its erect or flaccid. My EQ is very high when I’m with my wife. I have the same problem with trying to keep an erection while jelqing. I jelq throughout the day and whenever I get the chance and my dick says go. I’m trying some meditation and stuff to get my head clear of just porn to get an erection. I wish it would respond to my touch like when I was a kid. (dreaming again) I think you’ll gain with what you’re doing. Your young and positive minded. Keep up the good work and when that girlfriend comes around your EQ will go nuts. Go Card!

Thanks Morpho. You’ve got some pretty impressive gains as well. I’d be stoked if I could gain a half inch in girth in another month. Can’t wait to see what type of numbers you put up on your next measurement.

I did have a rock solid erection tonight, best I’ve had for a while. It was one of those erections thats so hard it aches in a nice way, like how you feel after edging for a while. I measured out between 7.25-7.3 BPEL. Hopefully I can hit 7 NBPEL soon. I just hope I can figure out a manual routine that provides me with a little more girth, as I feel once I past 5 in girth I’ll look less like a pencil and a little meaner.
