Almost 1 month in!
I am almost 1 month in, though during the first 2 weeks I didn’t have time and left out a few days of PE. Missing a few days may have set me back I assume and not being consistent during this time. (any thoughts)?
I have not gained anything yet except for flaccid stretch length but today I realised some of my veins are more prominent.
I read a thread that said a survey was done recently and most people report 1 inch gain in length after the first 3 months. Seeing as I have not gained anything as of yet, based on other peoples experiences when did your gains kick in? During the 2nd or 3rd month?
I am going to keep going and hopefully it will pay off. :)
p.s. So far this is my routine. Should I make any changes or add to it?
My Newbie Routine
Heat myself by having a shower
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
no warm down (not sure if this matters, as it is usually warm afterwards)
do all exercises in succession - no breaks
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.
