Almost 1 full week of PE

Almost 1 full week of PE

2 days on 1 day off. Following the newbie routine. I have stopped masturbating after the exercises and it’s already making a huge difference.

I finally woke up with a nice pile of wood. Since it was my “off” day I decided to crank one out. I will first off say that my penis is harder and fuller. When I finished I shot all over the place and I never ever have been a shooter. Maybe 6-12inch shot out my the first release but this went a good 2-3 feet. I started laughing and said thank god my GF didn’t take this one.

Sticking to the schedule and not over doing it.

On a personal note, when I am stretching the bottom left of my shaft is the tightest part when I stretch. There is a little discomfort when I stretch it to the right and I can see everything pulling from my body.

I take it slow and easy not to hurt myself. But with continued stretching will this pain go away once it becomes used to the pulling?

I have this same thing, for me it’s like a firm chord and it always feels tighter then the right side. I had a dull pain kind of like going for a run without a good warmup or stretch. I kept doing my stretches but I did them with 50%-75% tension and just did an extra set every second day to the right. I might feel a dull ache every now and then but it doesn’t last long.

But I can’t answer your question YES or NO, I can only tell you what worked for me.

I’ve been doing it for about 2 weeks now myself, and there’s a definite increase in force when I shoot. You’re on the right track, and be careful with the stretches. Maybe you should try swapping out the ones that hurt with a different type, just for some diversity?

Some discomfort is to be expected when you first start PE just like any other type of exercise.

If you haven’t already done so, read these two forum posts. Physiologic Indicators for Growth (PI’s), and Erectile Quality Thread (EQ)

Both are absolutely MUST READ’s for beginners. They will help you know and understand when you’re overdoing it, and you will we all did/do at some point.


Posting 'newbie' but 2+ year lurker and PEer.

Start: ~6" BPEL, ~5" MSEG (If I remember correctly) Now: 7.25" BPEL, 5.25" MSEG (After an 8 month break) GOAL: I'll be finished when I'm done.

*** ALWAYS mind your PI's and EQ's :) *** PE takes knowledge, time, and commitment. If you can't do that, you can't PE. ***

Sounds like a lot of motivation in here. :) Feels good to see everybody pushing forward with PE. Keeps me on track.

Today mark the 1 week mark. I decided to measure my girth post session and I increased 1/8 to 5 1/8.. Could just be a temporary gain.. Ill measure before my workout tomorrow to see if I gained it for real. Looks very promising.

I’m going about 10 min light stretching, 10 min jelq, then I edge a few times, about 5-10min of fun. Then cooldown and I usually take a hot shower.
