All I'm stretching feels like skin

I’ve been practicing stretching after warm up (w/heat). My problem is that no matter what direction I hold the stretch in, I only feel like I’m stretching skin at the base of my penis. I don’t feel like I’m stretching anything deep inside, I don’t feel like I’m stretching any muscles or ligaments.

I’m prior football, track and boxing athlete, so I’m fairly use to the feel of muscle and ligament stretches. I feel NOTHING of the sort when doing these penis stretches, only feels like I’m stretching skin, particularly at the base.

Is this normal? I’ve been doing it about 2 weeks.. Apx. 5-6 days per week. Thanks

Your probably not grabbing from the right place. Where are you grabbing from?


Grabbing from the right place? Do you mean that you pull away the foreskin from the glans and then pull?

DrGrendel; while you are stretching, tighten your abdominal muscles by pulling in as hard as you can and see if you can feel the ligs attached to your unit stretch. When I stretch, I try to stretch and at the same time pull in my abdominal muscles for an extra stretch. I can definitely feel the ligs get tighter when I do this.

Win, your tip seems to help.. I can definitely tell a difference when I contract the abs especially along w/contracting the kegal. THANKS

As far as where I’m grabbing? I’ve tried all over really, but there’s only so many places to grab the little fellow when it’s flacid.

How’s your grip?Make an “ok sign” under your penis head pointing at your body and then pull.No mistake.
