I have been jelqing now for about 6 months. I have steadily increased the number of jelqs I do a day and I am up to 350. I was wondering if it makes a difference if I split it up between morning and night or should I do them all at once?
I split my workout into two parts and find I get a better pump because of it. I have been doing this for about six months as well, I think by now you can start to take a holistic approach, and really listen to your body and develop your own program.

Chatkinski have you gained any size in length or girth? I’m just wondering cause I’m a newbie and just interested to see people’s gains
I have gained a little over a half an inch in length. I was NBPEL 5.27 and now I’m at NBPEL 5.87. I haven’t gained anything in girth yet, but I’m working more on length exercises more than girth. I still incorporate girth, but not as much.

After six months, and up to 350 jelqs, if you’re inclined to experiment, try going to 200 jelqs twice a day for a total of 400 and see what happens. Or you could do 250 and 150.
I like morning and evening sessions myself, but opinions are mixed. The bottom line is, how are your gains progressing, and what are your PIs and EQ?
For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.
