Alittle Nervous

Hi all. I’ve been pumping for over a year now. Kept pressure low in the beginning then gradually increases time and pressure. Never over did it though. I’ve been at the same pressure for a few weeks but this morning after I pumped (about 2 hours ago) I still have this enlarged sort of bump on the right side of my penis below the head. Never had this before. Is this an injury? It looks deformed a bit

If you can provide a picture then it might help. However, it could be the following:

1. Fluid build in the foreskin (if you are not circumcised)
2. It could be an in grown hair that has pus in it (this has happened to me and I just pop it by pinching it really hard to squirt out the pus)
3. Ruptured vein is a possibility if it has a dark colour area.
4. Allergic reaction if you use a lube base or oil. After a while for me, my oil becomes itchy and if I pump too long, it will leave random bumps.

Anyways, if you are really concerned, go down to your doctor if its really concerning.

It’s most likely edema due to higher pressure over pump duration. Essentially water build up. Monitor it over the next several hours and it should continually diminish and go back to normal in less than 24 hours or even much less.

Edema tends to happen to one degree or another when pumping. It’s either mild with little deformation to more severe with nonuniform deformation in a local area such as where you described.

If it is indeed edema, it will go away no issue.

It went away after about an hour or so. This is the first time this had happened to me since I started pumping over a year ago. Any suggestions that can avoid this?

What pressure were you pumping at and for how long?
