I don’t think so. I know how far around my erect penis my hand would go when I gripped it. There is too MUCH space between my four fingers (that’s minus the thumb, hope that makes sense) and the palm of my hand for it to just be better erections. It is coming up on 1 year of active PE for me. There was a short time that I was doing 900 jelqs per session. I found that to be too much so I scaled it down to 600. About a week-and-a-half to two weeks ago, I scaled it back to 300. I know that when I gripped my erect penis before PE my fingers could almost touch the palm of my hand. Now they are nowhere near close to that. I have gained in girth tremendously through wet jelqing. Then again, I have jelqed a LOT more than some of the veterans here. How many jelqs do you typically do in a session?

That’s very interesting quickbeam. But I think you are somewhat special due to the sheer volume of jelqs you have practiced in the past and even now. Most people don’t go anywhere near that high. I suppose such a large amount of jelqing does gith gains. That’s very good to know. I might start ramping up my jelqing too, since I actually find it quite enjoyable. What was your routine when you were doing 900? Eg rest days etc?

I do 150 - 225, of average about 4 second jelqs. The most I’ve ever done is 450, which takes about 30 minutes. I find at the moment, above more than about 200 and my EQ goes down a bit, but now I think that’s because over that level fatigue is setting in, which is not necessarily a bad thing.

Have you ever done any clamping?

Anyone who actually follows the Newbie Routine winds up doing about 600 jelqs a session:

Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine

The Newbie Routine

  1. 5 minutes hot wrap
  2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
  3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
  4. 5 minutes hot wrap
  5. 50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

Notes

Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.

If you start out with 200 jelqs in 10 minutes, and increase to 30 minutes of jelqing over about six weeks time, that would be 600 jelqs.

If people aren’t doing anywhere near that number of jelqs, perhaps they should at least consider it (consistent with PIs and EQ, of course).

I had very good results from the Newbie Routine.

No I haven’t done any clamping. I first started PEing consistently around May of last year. I had known about PE since I was 14 (I had gotten info from a pay site). This pay site recommended 300 jelqs per day the first week, then 10 minutes of jelqing per day the second week, and finally 30 minutes per day starting the third week (I think that’s how it progressed). Since the advice was to start with 300 and then go up from there, I can only assume that the number of jelqs that was meant to be the norm was rather large. When I was doing 900, I was just jelqing. I didn’t do any stretching. I found 900 jelqs to be exhausting, not to mention slightly damaging (light skin peeling on the shaft and glans). I got tired of this and cut it back to 600. That was last year that I cut back to 600. As I said, I have only recently cut that number in half. My girth gains may also have something to do with HOW I jelq. I squeeze at the base with one hand, then maintain that squeeze througout the stroke of the other hand. I also kegel every other stroke so there is always a lot of blood in my penis. I have attached a graphic to try and better explain it. The circles are okay grips while the rectangle is obviously a penis.

Mclovin88, there are a lot of posts here that indicate that jelqing and an ADS can address length without having much effect on girth. I’m doing light jelqing (100 jelqs) followed immediately by wearing my ADS. I’m gaining lenght plus girth, but hope that the girth gains will decrease while the length gains will continue. Lord knows I don’t need any more girth.

For fear of asking how old you are…Do you think it is possible that your increase in girth was simply because your penis had not finished growing?

I don’t think so. When I started last year, I was 22. I am now 23. My penis stopped growing awhile ago. When I hit my length goal, I plan to switch to more girth focused exercises such as the slinky and ulis and drop jelqing all together. Maybe some light stretching to keep from loosing length while I work on girth.
