What things do each target. I thought VStretch targets the ligaments and Inverted VStretch targets the tunica. Is that correct?

I think they both target more tunica and less ligaments, compared to manual stretches that do the opposite.

I think A stretches more tunica as when you go to stretch manual the tunica you would pull up and for ligs down which leads me to believe V stretch would be more lig and tunica. Just my thought.

I really should of known that buy now. To be honest I only recently through reading more and more learnt what the tunica is. Well I have a better idea now, I used to thing it was something above your penis, so you’re supposed to pull upwards to help growth.

So what is it you pull when you go upwards, just a different sort of ligament?

I guess I should do just Plain Aided V Stretches instead of inverted(AStretches) because it targets the ligaments .. But then again doing some hanging which gets the ligaments fine, guess ill stick with what I’m doing.

Upwards stretching is also tunica. Any fulcrum type stretch (A or V stretches) hit the tunica mostly. These are stretches that should be done by those who are at intermediate and advanced levels of PE.
