I was reading around and noticed that there are 2 different views on fluid build up. Some threads say that it leads to being ” Prone to injury.” It seems that other people challenge that idea and claim that it is less of a probelm

Personally I kept getting the doughnut the past 2 weeks so now I have backed off a little. The problem has died down a lot but I can’t seem to stop the back of the shaft from getting puffy. The rest of the doughnut has stopped.

If you say time off ( Sigh) then how long dose it take for newbie gains to disappear? Would that come up with a week off?

I originally was trying to throw in some girth exercise where I would clamp with my hand and then squeeze lightly. I think the problem started there cause I am a newbi. Now I just jelq but there is still a little fluid that puffs in the back.

Seems some people say it is just ” Added protection.” Then some people say it will make you prone to hemorrhaging and that sounds bad. haha

Use a lighter touch and do fewer strokes until you toughen up some more. However, you are going to get some puffiness after a PE session so don’t worry, it’s normal.
