Agreement on fluid build up?
Hi
I was reading around and noticed that there are 2 different views on fluid build up. Some threads say that it leads to being ” Prone to injury.” It seems that other people challenge that idea and claim that it is less of a probelm
Personally I kept getting the doughnut the past 2 weeks so now I have backed off a little. The problem has died down a lot but I can’t seem to stop the back of the shaft from getting puffy. The rest of the doughnut has stopped.
Advice?
If you say time off ( Sigh) then how long dose it take for newbie gains to disappear? Would that come up with a week off?
