Obviously as my name implies I am Fifty years old. Am I too old to achieve benefits from PE. I am still very active sexually, 2 to 3 times a week. But lately my member doesn’t seem as hard and takes longer to get hard. Also, even though the wife has never complained about size, I have always felt “small” @ 5.75 length and 4.00 girth.

As you can see by the link below, there are guys well over fifty here, and PE has worked for them.

To an extent, the older guys are at an advantage, as there is lost ground to be recovered vs new ground to be conquered. Getting back those initial losses seem to be RELATIVELY easy, if such a thing exists in PE.

Start out with PC exercises and see what changes that may make to your erections.

Don’t give your age another thought so far as PE is concerned. A lot of us older guys have made very significant gains and as Guiri suggests PE might help, too, in the erection department. It has great potential for helping to restore a compromised penile vascular system.

I am pushing 50 hard myself and have been PEing for about 2 years. What you’re going to find is that your erections will get stronger and you are going to get some length as well as girth back that you probably didn’t realize you lost over the years.

Hi & welcome. I am well and truly pass the fifty mark (I’m 71) and have found that PE has done wonders for me.

I not only have gained a firm penis and one that hangs instead of being shrivelled up like a frozen worm. I also found that I am able to stay erect longer,stay longer and ejaculate more.

My gains have not been very large but it is still early days for me. I am not looking for great gains in length but more in girth.

I started off with a flacid length of around about 3.5”
and a girth of about……………………………………… 4.0”
now at a flacid length of………………………………….5.25
and girth of………………………………………… …………4.25

Erect length at the start was……………………………5.75
and girth was……………………………………….. ……….5.0”
Now I am (length)…………………………………… ……..6.5
and girth……………………………………… ………………..5.125

Not what you could call large gains but gain none the less and I am rapt.

I have no real ambition to being hung like a horse - not much point when you are rationed to the amount of sex you are allowed per year. :confused: :o

Thanks Droopy! You answered several questions with your post. No. 1 is we older guys can gain inches and #2, which my wife is extremely interested in, we will still be having sex at 70+.

Can you share with me your routine?

My routine is pretty flexable - a lot depends on how I feel at the time.

If I am tired or feeling lazy - I do nothing.

Let my body dictate the terms you might say.

I endevour to maintain a two day on and one off routine - sometime I just keep going and rest up maybe after 4 days.

I use the Power Jelq device and do 150 jelqs every day - usually in the shower. Intend to increase this to 200 next month.

I do a few stretches, maybe half a dozen in all directions for 20seconds each day - again in the shower.

Squeezes I also do in the shower - only about a dozen at a time.

Kegals - as and when I think about it any time of day and night.
Hope this is of some help.

Just start slow and easy and gradually build up.
