Age to starting PE?

Hi, I’m 18 yo turning to 19.
My question is: Is there a right age to starting PE or not? I recently had read on another forum topic that we have to wait until the penis grow on it is natural way, so I don’t know if I start doing it or not.
I’ve done circumcision 2 months ago, can I start doing PE?
How much time I have to do PE to see some gains?
I’m 4’9 erect and 5’1 girth, is it too small? I want to go to 7’5 / 6 as soon as possible. Is it impossible?

In my opinion, 19 is a good age to start PE. Some guys do experience some additional growth into their early 20s, but usually mostly girth

I gained about an inch in length, but it took about five years including the use of an extender for over three hours a day. Others have gained more in less time.

Anytime after puberty if you’re responsible enough to do it, of course.

During puberty you have naturally high tesostertone levels which should help encourage fast healing, and possibly better growth.
