Age and Gains?

Hey guys,

I dabbled in PE a few years ago while in college. Not sure if I put on much but I think I may have. Current stats are 7bpel and 5.5 mseg. I’m 25 and starting professional school in 2 weeks living on my own for about a year and would like to start up again. I just have one serious hang up:

What age were you guys when you started PE and how much gains did you put on?

I’m asking just to be sure that a lot of these gains aren’t due to puberty and natural gain rather than actual PE. Please let me know because it would give me a lot more confidence in the process. All I really want is .5 on each.

Question: what age were you when you started PE and how much did you gain?

I started at 57. I’ve gained .75” in length and .5” in girth in about a year and a half doing strictly manual exercises and I’ve been very careful not to injure my unit. There have been faster and bigger gainers here for sure but I started PE to improve my EQ, which I’ve done. The gains are a bonus for me. It would have been great if I started at your age but I’m glad I found out about PE when I did.

Wow that’s definitely inspiring! Do you think the gains were from better EQ, or do you think they were from actually building tissue?

I’m not trying to discourage at all. I just ask because I have great EQ already so I know I would not gain anything in that department. In any case you saw a gain, where ever it came from makes no difference, congrats!

I started at 19, stopped a few times, tried different routines.

At the moment I’m doing the linear newbie routine, been at it for around 6-7 weeks.

In this time I gained 0.39” in BPEL and 0.27” in BEG. Flaccid is also bigger, noticed some new small veins.

EQ is pretty much the same, never had problems with it anyway, so I hope those gains are not EQ related.

It’s tough to quantify but in my case I’d say most of the gains are from an increase in tissue. My flaccid is definitely larger and hangs better, with much less turtling. I hit a length plateau a few months ago and started a routine by a member named Cervix Hunter and since then I’ve gained a quarter of an inch in length, maybe a bit more. I haven’t really been working on girth because I’m pretty satisfied with what I’ve now got, which is just under 6” MSEG. I’m just doing 100 or so dry jelqs two or three times a week for maintenance and EQ.

My length is 7.5 or so BP at present and I wouldn’t mind another half inch in that department so that’s my goal right now, along with maintaining EQ. Whether I ever get there or not, I plan on doing PE for life, not only because of the physical benefits, but also because I enjoy it.

I’m 33 and I’m between 7 1/2 and 7 5/8 now. I think most of my gains came from the fulcrum stretch and maybe light hanging. My signature might be wrong. I never got a solid initial measurement because of ruler shyness. I was probably closer to 7 flat in the beginning.

I just went over to look at the routine. I think I’m def. Going to be using it. I did the JP90 a few years ago but I want to switch it up this time around. I’ll probably be ordering the BIB hanger too.

You added .3 in a few months, nice. I’m planning on hanging too. I’ll be buying the BIB most likely, have you used it? Also, has the hanging effected you EG negatively?

No. Not at all, eq is awesome, especially after jelqing.

I had an issue with ruler shyness for a long time. I used to use my iPhone 6s Plus to measure. When I started, my glans would just be visible over the top. Now I’ve got 1 1/2 inches on it.

No. I’m too cheap for that. I use a sock hanger that I made.

How do you make it?


Start : 5.75 BPEL

Summer 2016 goal : 7 BPEL

Dream goal: 7.5 BPEL

I started at 38 and gained two inches in length and one inch in girth.
