OK, So I have been PE’ing for 5-6 mths and just finished my first 2 week decon break. I lost size.
Went from 6.8” to 6.6” BPEL… to be fair, I hit a plataeu for several mths on the newbie routine at 6.6 and then gained a quick .2 from clamping and pumping on alternate days. As I suspected - temp gains, which are now gone.
So it looks like I’m going to have to gain back what I lost + the extra inch and a half I want and really work hard to cement them.
My routine consists of warm up, stretching and then pumping with jelqs in between pump sets. Or, waking up, stroking off for a bit then clamping for 15 mins, followed by 10 mins of edging and then cumming. (A great way to start a day!!) lol
I think I might have to spend more time jelqing as this part of routine has gone down the most since buying my pump.
Also, I’ve noticed that after I cum, my dick goes really really small when flaccid. Like, 2”, turtled up, and maybe 2-3 inches of girth.. kind of embarassing and I usually have to throw on my boxers after fucking a broad just to avoid them seeing that as I lay next to them… When hard, I never get comments of being small (6.2 or so NBP, 5.6”+ MSEG)…but chicks are never blown away either… never gotten the “YOUR HUGE” comment :(
