Hope this isn’t a stupid question but would appreciate a response guys.

So say you establish your LOT - what do you do with it?

Does it just tell you that you have or have not got potential easy gains available to you or is it possible to determine the most efficient stretch for you?

When I mean most efficient I am talking about an optimum angle to stretch your general at to hit the ligs the most to get your inner penis out quicker.

Thanks for replying. The thread you refer me to does not seem to help with my query. I know what a LOT is, and I know how to calculate it. What I am after is what is the usefulness of this figure we are determining.

I know that the once the LOT has been calculated it can give you an indication of whether there is any further gains to be had through lig stretching. But are there any other uses of this figure?

so say for example i determine that my LOT is 9 (i.e. i get no tug of the head of my penis when i strech my cock out to the 9 o’clock position whilst performing a kegel). So would it be more beneficial for me to stretch my ligs at the 9 o’clock position or just stretch in all directions as normal?

From my understanding, an LOT of 9 would mean stretching towards 6…right?

High LOT stretch low. Low LOT stretch high.

LOT provides an indicator of the relative lengths of your ligs and tunica.

This is useful information. If ligs are the tight point (high LOT), you need to work on lengthening them to gain. If your ligs are loose (Low LOT), don’t spend your time on them. Work on stretching the tunica instead.
