After work - what then?
I wondered whats the best to do AFTER all exercise (jelqing etc.).
Penis should be filled with blood now, and I believe that its the best to keep it there in the penis for a while.
My suggestions (after exercise):
1. Pumping (about 20 minutes) - to give it an “extra-kick” :)
2. Then using cock-rings at the botton of penis, lets say 7 of them or even more. It should cover nearly half of penis, so that top of it has much of blood in it.
What do u think on that?
