After the newbie routine
Today I started researching more advanced techniques that i might implement in the future.
I was reading on different techniques using different devices and I believe I’m leaning more towards pumping rather then hanging (I really dislike clamping). I have a few questions if any of the members are kind enough to answer:
1: Are there any advantages hanging has over pumping or vice versa?
2: Will pumping help my length gains or just the girth gains?
3. My erections are very hard(the shaft feels like a brick) but I have noticed in some pictures that pumping gives a rather plump shaft during erections rather than a rock-hard one. Is this true?
4. Can I keep my current routine while incorporating pumping as an addendum ( this is my intention) or should I just redesign my whole routine?
