After the newbie routine

Today I started researching more advanced techniques that i might implement in the future.

I was reading on different techniques using different devices and I believe I’m leaning more towards pumping rather then hanging (I really dislike clamping). I have a few questions if any of the members are kind enough to answer:

1: Are there any advantages hanging has over pumping or vice versa?

2: Will pumping help my length gains or just the girth gains?

3. My erections are very hard(the shaft feels like a brick) but I have noticed in some pictures that pumping gives a rather plump shaft during erections rather than a rock-hard one. Is this true?

4. Can I keep my current routine while incorporating pumping as an addendum ( this is my intention) or should I just redesign my whole routine?

1. Depends what your goal is. Hanging is a length exercise first and foremost. Usually, people will also experience base girth gains from doing it. It is, however, very time consuming. Pumping is mainly done for girth and requires less time investment (and in my opinion it’s a lot more comfortable). Spotting and discoloration is often an issue when pumping, though.

2. Cyclic pumping might get you longer (not comparable to the potential length gains of hanging, though). Static pumping will mostly get you girth.

3. No. The feeling of the CCs will not change with pumping, but it does cause temporary fluid buildup, which is soft and spongy. Regardless, a full erection will be just as hard (if not harder) after pumping, assuming the swelling is minimal.

4. Up to you. If you’ve gained something with the basic routine, it’s probably a good idea to just slowly work an additional method in.

(keep in mind that if you’re currently gaining you shouldn’t change anything)

Pumping is not just for girth, it is also for length gains as well, it all depend on the size of the cylinder. A bigger diameter cylinder is for girth. A cylinder slightly bigger than
the girth of your unit is for length gains.

I personally like the clamp and I was very successful with the clamp. I don’t like hanging. Hanging was my first advanced exercise and I injured myself which put me out
of commission for a couple months.

We are all different, you just have to see what works for you.

Thanks guys, this is very helpful. My current routine is still giving me steady gains(it’s a slightly longer newbie routine with some modified girth exercises added to it) but I like to research in advance so that when i stop gaining I know exactly what and how I should do.

I haven’t PE’d in years, but when I went on to the more advanced exercises, I still did the Newbie Routine as
a warm up before doing my clamping routine. The Newbie is proven and is probably the best tool that this and
any other penis enlargement sites offer. Read my thread in my signature.

I was just reading your thread. Congratulations on reaching your goals, I hope I’ll get there too.

It takes about 75 minutes to finish my current routine so I’m guessing it’s a bit much just for a warm up.
