After the Newbie routine

After the Newbie routine

I have been training with the Newbie Routing for a while, (since last October). Where should I go from there? I haven’t noticed any gains for a little while now. Should I try a new routine (whatever that maybe) or just stay with the newbie routine and be patient?

I’m still a newbie but from what ive been reading, 2-3 months is a good test to see results. Maybe its time to change up your routine.

What do you want to target?

Thanks, just to clarify. Upping PE refers to increase the number of Jelqs and stretches? As for Jelqs, it also means increasing the time it takes to finish one jelq? While decreasing rest time would mean taking one day off after 3 days of PE instead of 2 days of PE?

I would say yes to everything, but I would be extra cautious about the time per individual jelq, and I would try more reps before less time off.

You realize this is just an opinion, and although I have made great gains, I am quite new to the scene.
