After rest days, starting again.
So some of you might know that I had injury couple of days ago. I did overtraining and got bruising and what I think, tight ligaments. I took couple of days off and I start today with a little more intense newbie routine, slowly.
With a hot water running, the bathroom will be like a sauna and I think that constant heat will help. Hoping for the best.
1.5 minutes of warm up(warm shower)
2.Basic stretching 10 minutes(30s each)
3.200 jelq moves(2-3s each)
I lost EQ too, because of the overtraining I think. Smoking could be a little factor too, even tough it hasn’t affected previosly because of PE.
Is this a good routine to start off with? Before the injury I did 20 minutes of stretching 2 days on, 1 off.
