It feels like my dick is kind of tired (fourth day doing PE), almost like I jacked off a couple times already when I haven’t. Is this normal? Also I kind of find it hard to get hard afterwards because my dick has that tired feeling, I’m currently doing the newbie routine with the 2 day on 2 day off.

If you cant get a 100% erection after a workout, you’re either doing too much, or using too much pressure, or working with too much of an erection whilst jelqing.

Rest a couple of days, then cut back the pressure or time.

You should ALWAYS be able to get an erection post workout.

Well, I found out just an hour later I can get even rock harder erections than before, but for that short period after PE I can’t seem to.. Oh and in my last post I made an error, I do the 2 days on 1 day off newbie routine. So just don’t do so many reps / reduce the intensity of the jelqs?

Yeah…just kind of take it a little easier for a few days.
