After Newbie Routine

Hello guys I was curious to know that what routine should I do after newbie routine? Should I increase the timings of newbie exercises or move to another routine?

You are just starting out on PE, I’ve looked at the newbie routine and it looks perfect for beginners. Focus on that for a few months (3-6) if you want solid gains you still need to be doing this in at least 1-2 years. PE works but takes time and that are the ONLY two certainties that you can read about.
I’ve been doing this for about two years in total and According to my goals I’ll probably need another 3-4 years to get there…I know that now. And it’s fine ! You should really focus on making this a good experience, make sure you take pleasure doing your routine…
Trust me, you’ll have all the time you need to figure out YOUR perfect routine, I stretch and pump, it worked so far pretty well for me, but other guys here with solid gain will tell you they don’t believe in pumping or stretching…
Listen to your penis, and just get inspired from thunder’s place…
