After my first month of newbie routine.

Can anyone point me into someone else routine or part of the forums with peoples personal routines. I’d like to add more jelqing and maybe from 30seconds on my stretching to around 45seconds-1minute. Can anyone point me to alittle more advance routine for newbies?

At least 2 months on the newbie routine please! Sounds boring, but it is the best way to develop progress!

I’d recommend 3 months on the newbie routine, but if your penis says it can handle more stretching, then do the stretching for longer. I would stay the course with the jelqing though. Too much jelqing early on can cause problems. I firmly believe that you really need to toughen up for a few months before doing an advanced jelq routine. I don’t see any problem doing more or longer stretches though. (Just my opinion.)

As far as finding new routines… They are as close as the search button.
