I have been searching for about 1 hour and it answered a lot of questions. The only problem is, I don’t know if your going to see more or less of me because I’m learning so much I have to ask questions that I haven’t found answered.
I found out that “The same muscle both increases sensitivity and susceptibility to orgasm but also prevents undesired ejaculation.” Could someone please help to explain this to me?
Also, I did searching on reverse kegels. I had it described three, yes 3, different ways:
1. Stopping the contracting of the muscle (PC?) so that it doesn’t move at all.
2. Forcing yourself to urinate.
3. Act like you are about to defecate.
Which of these is the correct statement?
Is the kegel or reverse kegel more efficient for stopping ejaculation?? Which is better for what purpose?
I also searched on edging.
How far exactly are you to take yourself? Are you supposed to go 1 stroke before the PONR or what? How long do you wait before you start edging again? How long should the edging period last? How should I appropriately use kegels and reverse kegels for maximum benefits? Lastly, are you supposed to ejaculate at the end of the edging period??
I honestly did search for almost an hour and I hope that these are valid questions. I sure hope that this thread doesn’t get deleted. I put a lot of effort into this one.
