Hey guys.

Allow me to explain my “dilemma”:

I’ve always jurked off alot. That’s nothing unusual 4 me, since I’ve always had a high libido.

But 2 years ago I decided to try P.E. (Thats penis enlargement) to add a little length and girth (I’m 8 inches long, but lucky if I’m even average girth).

The first pills I tried were Extagen. I believe I used them for about 4-6
Months, and the exercises I did (not very well from what I remember), only included wet jelq and basic stretching (both in the shower). I never did any warm up or warm downs.

Here’s a list of the ingredients:

L-Arginine, Yohimbe Extract (Pausinystalia yohimba)(bark), Maca Extract (Lepidium meyenii) (root), Catuaba, Muira Puama (aerial), Nettle (leaf), American Ginseng, Korean Ginseng, Siberian Ginseng, Zinc (oxide) Gluconate-200% DV

In the end, I gained some girth, but after I stopped doing the exercises, it went away.

Then about 9 months ago, I tried again. This time with Prosolution Pills.

I took those for about 3 months, and I’d list the ingredients for them too, but I can’t seem to find them listed online (I seem to remember them not having Yohimbe, but mostly everything else Extagen had, maybe better quality?)

Anyway, I def. Noticed girth gains this time, having done the exercises better, (still in the shower), with time for warm up and warm downs.

But again, after the pills ran out, I stopped doing the exercises shortly thereafter.

Then I remember 1 weekend at home, having already stopped P.E about a week before, masturbating like 3+ times in 2-3 days or more. I distinctly remember kegeling while jerking off (hard). And I remember, shortly thereafter, seeing the head of my penis being bigger, but the shaft slightly shrunken. Also, my morning wood wasn’t as strong as it usually was, and my erections in general werent quite as hard. And it lasted like that for quite some time (months). I was afraid for awhile that I did some vascular damage maybe..

It’s pretty much normalized now, but recently I’ve started masturbating more frequently (1-2 times a DAY), and from what I’ve heard, I’m afraid this might be killing my size in a way by wasting all the nutrients and stamina.

I still want to maximize my potential, but don’t wanna waste like an hour almost every day of my life doing exercises just to get gains. I doubt I wanna drop 40 bucks a pop on pills, and I already take a daily multivitamin.

Basically my question can be summed up like this:

1.) Can any combination of jelqing/stretching/kegeling cause scar tissue? And if so, can that effect size? And if THATS true, how can I remedy that?

2.) Is eating healthy and staying in shape vital to gains and penis health in general?

3.) Any advice on gaining girth in general?

4.) What’s a safe number of times to masturbate per week (or edge for that matter), without overdoing it?

5.) Last but not least, any particular nutrients or vitamins that are particular for penis health — like L-Arginine?

2 Not really, but it is highly recommended
3 Jelq the first 3 months then start clamping, Ulis and horses.
4 As much as you want, I generally ejaculate 2-3 times a week
5 Multivitamin, zinc and fish oil.

I’ve been “into” PE on and off for 2 years now, but I’ve forgotten alot of what I knew.

As far as the jelqing, wet or dry? Can I be in the shower when I do it? For how long each session?

Warm ups/ Warm downs?

Is clamping like kegeling?

And I forgot what Ulis and horses are. I could just look them up, but I wouldn’t mind if you briefly went into what to do and how much/how long.

Would you suggest stretching as well? (What kind, how long, etc.)

Also.I havent had a chance to browse the entire website, but I did come across some fascinating stuff on PE — stuff like smooth muscle, Progr. 1 (which I’ve hard of b4), etc, etc.

Just wondering if any type of injection can ACTUALLY help?? (As I’ve read)

Start with the newbie routine and follow it for 3 months. There are the answers of your questions.

What exactly is the “newbie routine”.

Is there a link to it?

If not, can you explain it please..

P.s. Any advice at all would be appreciated. I tend to hate the whole trial and error part of P.E., so if I could actually skip that whole process by starting off with a proven routine, that would be great.
