After a three year hiatus.
So, I just wanted to say after a 3 year leave from PE I am back. Main reason I quit was due too doing way too much too fast. I never got an injury per say but after being conditioned for so long the gains quit. This was only supposed to be a 6 month to a year deconditioning break, but life got in the way and I was never able to seriously pick it back up. Well, until now that is.
On the bright side I only lost maybe 1/2 inch of my total BPEL after my time off and am hoping that it comes back relatively quickly.
Last time I did PE I mostly stuck with hanging. I am looking at a much more hands on approach this time around.
My routine has been in no way shape or form been finalized. I will more than likely start out with the newbie routine however it will probably be slightly modified.
I am going to do everything in my power to stick with the less is more approach this time around and see where it takes me.
If anyone has any new information from the PE world that I may have missed in the last few years feel free to help a guy out.
