After a 3 week break I am getting back on it

After a 3 week break I am getting back on it

Did it for 3-4 months. Saw progress (heavier, meatier ect) and now that I stopped (basically a test to see if i was experiencing some sort of placebo) I actually notice a difference.

So back to the newbie routine I guess for a while… where do you more advanced guys suggest I go from there.

I suggest that you stick to the Newbie routine for as long as you are gaining. As your unit gets conditioned you can gradually increase session time. When you’ve drained the Newbie routine of all the gains you can get from it, then it’s time to look for a different routine.
