After 6 months

After 6 months I get 6-7mm in lentgh!what you all think? Is it ok.? For me is not.I was affect jelqing 30min., streching 20min. 5 days in week!

When did these gains occur ? Maybe your were starting to gain after 3 or 4 months ?

I only really started to get a better idea of how to stretch and jelq properly nearing the third month of the newbie routine. I think it takes time and experience to learn what you’re aiming for in regards to technique and fatigue. I’m still not sure that I’m working to fatigue as I should, but it’s a learning process.

Sounds maybe to little. On how much intensity is the jelqs? and maybe test to change your routine to 2 days on/1 day off instead.

I’d say change something. Add fulcrum stretches, switch to another kind of jelqs - dry if you did wet, or the adverse.

Yeah the thing about p.e is you have to change your workout a lot in order to gain anything because your penis adjusts to it so just try something else out and hope for the best good luck!

Are you warming up your penis before exercising it. Perhaps you could describe your routine in more detail - How you hold your unit when jelqing and stretching. Any lubricant you use (the lubricant may be too slippery for a good hold when exercising), and it will help us to give advice on your routine.

Don’t worry too much about your English. You can do plenty of reading English here and improve your English that way.

thanks petitfaun…I was warming up my penis before and after exercises. I was warming my penis in warm water! maybe is that my problem? …I was jelqing with E oil about 30 minuts 4-5 days in week. I was streching 10-15minuts 4-5 days in week.Always first jelqing and second streching. I dont know what is my problem? ..thanks for help

You have gained something, so don’t be that depressed.

Your routine seems a bit hard, so try taking 2 weeks off, maybe you are overworked.

After this weeks of rest, start with a sligthly different routine. Add some of the stretches I linked before, and see how it goes. If you are uncircumcised you could find that dry-jelqs are easier than wet jelqs, so give them a try. Your main problems, I think, are:

1) impatience;
2) doubts.

Have faith, this stuff is working on you, so you just have to find the way to make it work better.

thanks marinera… maybe I have problem with streching, because after streched I have pain on my penis head, and my penis head is red…what you think? …I will labour to be positive!
